Kris is the founder of both Vile Gaming and Team Vile.  An entrepreneur at heart, he has a sharp eye for surrounding himself with some of the best leaders to work with — as he cannot do everything on his own.  He is a fast learner that strives to be efficient in both directing and developing in a world that is always offering more to learn.

Consistency, dependability, and accountability.  These are all characteristics of a leader that anyone would want to get behind.  Andy is all of those and more.  He joined the organization late, but he quickly made an impact and has become an integral part of the family.

Steve comes to the team with experience and knowledge that goes unrivaled so very often.  He is a vital organ to the unnatural beast that is this team's managing body.  With his help, the team will be able to stay on the path toward further success that it is already on.

Ramon is the point of interference for handling the team's participation in online inter-team events, such as warring or friendly showmatches.  He comes from a background of previous managing experience with other teams.
